We like to be fair when charging for our Full Professional Service in Property Sales and for this reason we only charge 1.7% (incl. GST) of the sale price.

Upfront Marketing Cost

We have a Premiere Marketing subscription with Realestate.com.au and we are able to pass this saving onto our clients. This is a great benefit for our clients, because they get the best possible online marketing at a reduced price. This Premiere Marketing on Realestate.com.au is payable upfront by the seller.

Marketing Options & Results

• HD Professional photographs 12-20: drone shots, create a property
video.
• Market the home: in the local newspaper and on 3 websites, not only in
Australia but around the globe.
• Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au & PropertiesAtMarket.com.au:
generate 1000-2500 internet hits
• Facebook Ad: reach 1500-3000 people
• Property video: on average 90-150 views are expected
• Buyer database: contact all buyers via email, include photographs and
details of your property.
• Respond to buyers’ enquiries: answer and send over 60 emails and have
on average 30-40 phone conversations with buyers.
• Open homes: over weekends there will be 1-2 open homes that will
attracted the target market, where numerous groups of prospective
buyers will inspect the home, 1-3 offers are usually submitted to the
sellers. Some negotiations are expected and the end result, the property
will be sold.
